COVID-19 Genomics Network (C19-GenoNet)
The goal of C19-GenoNet is to advance scientific knowledge about the genetic factors and their interaction with the environment affecting the progression of COVID-19 in the long term and its effects on the predisposition and progression of common diseases. They aim to facilitate the development of solutions for public health and clinical practice derived from new biomarkers, therapeutic targets, and epidemiological strategies.
Biospecimen data includes plasma, buffy coats in RNAlater, DNA, and whole blood. Data sharing is available through collaboration until 2026; requests can be made at https://biobanco.uchile.cl.
